Im 19, Live In Pittsburgh With A Liscense And No Car Insurance?

i need to rent a car but im only 19 and i have no car insurance, is there anywhere for me to rent a car?

    The only way is if you have a spouse over the age of 25 that can rent the car for you. I recently went through that when renting a car on vacation. I’m 25 and my wife is 23. There is no rental agency that rents to people your age. You don’t need car insurance, they will sell you a temporary policy (for an rediculous amount… somewhere in the area of $400 for a basic week long rental car).

    i think u have to be 25 to rent a car in most states.
