Is There A Place In Memphis To Buy Surplus Freight From Trucking Companies?

I heard of a place in Memphis where you can buy excess freight from the trucking companies that have been written off on their insurance due to a wreck or whatever reason.
Anybody know of this? I heard that maybe “port” might be in the name.
Inquiring minds want to know.
